The Work
10 years building production systems. Now I help other companies do the same.
I'm Olusola Akinsulere. Before consulting, I spent a decade as an engineer and technical lead building production platforms — loan decision engines, payment infrastructure, real-time event pipelines, distributed systems in regulated industries.
That background matters. AI strategy and engineering can drift apart: a roadmap may miss architectural constraints, or a build may miss the business strategy. I help keep both sides connected so the work can deliver results.
