The Work
10 years building production systems. Now I help other companies do the same.
I'm Olusola Akinsulere. Before consulting, I spent a decade as an engineer and technical lead building production platforms — loan decision engines, payment infrastructure, real-time event pipelines, distributed systems in regulated industries.
That background matters. Most AI strategy engagements fail the same way: a strategist delivers a roadmap that's architecturally naive, or a developer builds something that doesn't match the business strategy. I've been on the receiving end of both. Neither delivers results.
I close that gap. I figure out whether AI is the right bet for your business, design the architecture that can support it, and build the system that delivers it. I also train your team to own it — because the goal from day one is that you don't need me anymore. I work globally with companies across Africa, Europe, and the US. Based between Lagos and Helsinki.
